Lists six candidates names and addresses in Ulveston, Leeds, Rye, Leiston (Suffolk), Kempsey (Worcester), and Shawbury (Shropshire)

Format:

Single sided hand written on cream paper with EP colour logo. Possibly batch produced as addressee name filled in in different pen and writing. Could have been photocopied onto headed paper from handwritten original.
